Cancellation by Pro Guide Charters

Pro Guide Charters maintains the right to cancel the fishing trip to his discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or bad weather. The deposit can be transferred to an alternate date in the current calendar year or to the next year whichever is accommodating to both the client and Pro Guide Charters.

Cancellation by Client

Should the client cancel their trip within 40 days' notice or less prior to their reservation date, the trip and the deposit can be transferred within the current calendar year or the following year which is accommodating to both the client and Pro Guide Charters. Should neither of these options be possible for the client, then the deposit will be forfeited to Pro Guide Charters. If the trip is cancelled 40 or more days prior to their reservation date, the deposit can be transferrable to a suitable date or the deposit will be reimbursed to the client.
