Cancellation Policy

If a one or more day fishing trip is cancelled by Pro Guide Charters due to Covid-19 or other illnesses, inclement weather, mechanical breakdown or other valid reasons, the deposit will be transferred to the best available fishing date(s) that will accommodate both Pro Guide Charters and the client(s).

If the client(s) cancel a one or more day fishing trip and these fishing date(s) are rebooked to another party by the client(s) or by Pro Guide Charters, the deposit will be transferred to the best suitable date(s) that will accommodate both Pro Guide Charters and the client(s).

If the client(s) cancel a one or more fishing date(s) that cannot be rebooked by Pro Guide Charters or by the client(s) to another party, the deposit will not be refunded to the client(s).

If one or more day of fishing is cancelled by Pro Guide Charters during a multiple day trip package due to Covid-19 or other illnesses, inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, or other valid reasons, that fishing day will not be charged to the client(s).

If one or more day of fishing is cancelled by the client(s) during a multiple day trip package, that or those fishing days will be charged to the clients.

The client(s) must present themselves at the dock the morning of their fishing trip. If the client(s) doesn’t present themselves, the deposit will not be refunded back to the client(s).

All cancellations due to inclement weather are done at the dock by Pro Guide Charters the morning of the fishing trip before departure.
